On 1 September 2013 XXXVI the Republic of Molossia hosted our largest single tour group yet, besides the large crowd that attended last Founder's Day. At about 2:39 PM MST the Dayton Valley Car Club and Carson City Raider Boosters rolled up the street from the US, several carloads in all, bring sixteen tourists to our nation. Shortly thereafter more tourists arrived, an oddly dressed group from nearby Reno, Nevada...or perhaps from even further away, possibly East Germany? Upon arrival the visitors were met by His Excellency, The President, The First Lady and Chief Constable Alexis, and escorted on a tour of our nation. The tour included all the the sights of Molossia, including Red Square, Norton Park and the Tower of the Winds. The President as usual regaled our visitors with the story and culture of Molossia, ensuring they had an enjoyable visit. Several tourists took the opportunity to launch our air rocket, this making them Honorary Molossian Space Cadets. The oddly dressed group from Reno - or somewhere - insisted on sneaking around Molossia for some reason, which earned them a stern dressing-down from Our President. On the whole, though, the visit was an excellent one, and our tourists had an enjoyable time!
