Saturday, 27 April 2019 XLII was truly a singular day. Under a brilliant blue Molossian sky, His Excellency, The President and The First Lady welcomed our first tourists of the year, a exceptional group of 20 visiting us from all over the world. Additionally, it was our honor to welcome Duke Jordan, Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Westarctica for a State Visit. The Prime Minister voyaged to Molossia from his home in Prescott, Arizona pausing in our nation on his way to Calsahara, a colony of Westarctica located in California, and thence on to Los Angeles. As is customary, the State Visit began with a short ceremony in Republic Square, raising the flags of both nations over Molossia, followed by the playing of both national anthems and an exchange of gifts. After the ceremony the Prime Minster joined the visiting tour group for a tour of our nation, seeing all the sights of Molossia, including Red Square, Norton Park, and the Molossia Railroad. Following the tour, the Prime Minster and our other guests departed Molossia, thus ending a successful diplomatic meeting and a wonderful visit, a stately day indeed for Molossia.
